This is a song from a band I was IN LOVE WITH in about 1995 (or 96)!! I still have the CD, I know every song, and isn’t Tim DeLaughter just the cutest thing you ever did see?? It’s Tripping Daisy with a little interview and then the video for I Got A Girl. LOVE IT!
Ummm…and, if I remember correctly, my hair was that same color (almost). Mine was a tad darker. Those were the days, huh??

My hair was Manic Panic’d rubine- also a bit of a darker red. I still dye my hair that color- but I don’t bleach it first anymore!
I LOVED this whole period of music. Better than Ezra, Presidents of the United States of America, Tripping Daisy, early Weezer, Ween, Alanis Morrissette (embarassing to admit, yes. But her songs were FUN to sing along to)… Back when music was fun.

Mine was Manic Panic Vampire Red!! (occasionally Deadly Nightshade) How cool! Yes, that period of music is what I LOVE to listen to still. I am glad you enjoyed the video!!

Wow, thank you so much for the reminder of this song! We used to listen to this in my high school gym class CONSTANTLY. I’d all but forgotten about it, but I loved that period of music so much.
